There are many options for choosing your ideal cruising routes which include round trips starting and finishing at one Crown Blue Line base, as well as one way trips where we can arrange to transfer your vehicle to await your arrival at the destination base. The following pages provide a brief overview of each region, together with some suggested cruises (detailing distances, estimated cruising time and the number of locks). Of course, these are suggestions only - the beauty of a boating holiday is that you can set your own agenda and pace. | 1 week out-and-back For each region we propose several different cruises. The distance, the number of locks and estimated cruising times are shown. Note that for out-and-back cruises we indicate the total number of kilometers to be covered and the total amount of locks you will go through. 1 week one-way In most regions we offer one-way cruises from one base to another. If you choose a one-way cruise we can arrange for your vehicle to be trasferred to await you on yourarrivel. ...And many other possibilities for you to choose from Our proposed cruises are only suggestions. Onced you are on board, the boat is yours and you can plan you holiday as you wish. But study your canal guide carefully and don't be too ambitious: four or five hours cruising each day is quite sufficient. |

A low flat land, Friesland glistens with a thousand lakes all linked together by quiet canals.
